Materials needed for the recipe of Abdoogh Khiar:
- A good knife
- An electric chopper for fresh herbs
- A salad bowl
- An ice cube tray

Combine diced cucumbers, minced herbs (mint, basil, chives, tarragon), shredded walnuts, and raisins in a large bowl. |

Add black pepper and salt and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed. |

Add plain yogurt and stir well. |

Stir in 6 to 8 ice cubes to bowl and stir. |

Add as much as water as you like and mix thoroughly. The more water you put the more your Abdoogh Khiar will be liquid ! |
