In a saucepan, bring the 75cl of water and the 150g of sugar to a boil then remove from the heat. Add the 20cl of rose water then let the mixture cool. |

Cooking the rice VermicelliWhile your mixture of water, rose water and sugar cools, cook your rice vermicelli for about 4 minutes in boiling water. Follow the cooking instructions on the package! |

Once cooked, drain your rice vermicelli and add them to the rose water preparation. Leave to cool while stirring occasionally. You can also add a little lime juice to it. |

Preparing the sorbetAll you have to do is put your mixture of rose water, sugar and rice vermicelli in an ice cream maker or in an ice cream tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours. If you use an ice cream container, don't forget to stir your sorbet every 30 minutes so that it retains the consistency of a granita! |
