Haydari, a simple, quick and indispensable dish at the mezze table. Serve with slices of toast!

Turkish (or Greek) yogurt is thicker, creamier and richer than the “classic” small yogurt pot. You can find Greek yogurt in supermarkets or oriental grocery stores.

Peel your garlic cloves and crush them with a pestle and salt.

Pour your 200g of Turkish yogurt into a large bowl and add your crushed garlic cloves, mixing well. Then add the dried mint and sprinkle with olive oil.
