Preparing the potatoesBring salted water to a boil in a large saucepan and cook the potatoes in it for about 12 minutes. (the cooking time depends on the size of the potatoes). Drain them and immerse them in cold water to stop the cooking. Once cold, peel them and cut them into 2.5cm cubes. |
