Yayla Corbasi also called Yogurt çorbasi is a traditional Turkish yogurt and rice soup spiced and flavored with mint.
Cook your 200 grams of round rice in 1 liter of salted water for about 20 minutes. Do not drain!
Add the yogurt to the rice
In a large bowl, beat your yogurt and then add it little by little to the rice, mixing carefully to obtain a smooth texture.
Seasoning of the Yayla corbasi
In a small container, melt the butter, add the dried mint and pour the mixture over your yogurt and rice soup. Finally, season with a little chilli.
Your yogurt soup is ready!
